DevOps Engineer

Studio Katana (branch in Gdańsk) is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the company’s infrastructure and deployment systems.
• Manage and optimize deployable environments across projects.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, enhancing system reliability and observability.
• Identify, propose, and implement improvements to existing DevOps workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with the current DevOps team to provide support and tooling for internal teams.
• Manage user access for projects and services

Requirements:

• Experience working with Linux systems
• Knowledge of Terraform
• Ability to monitor systems (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge about security systems, including:
  • LDAP, OAuth
  • Keycloak
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
• Experience working with GitLab, including:
  • Proficiency with Git and source code management
  • Ability to work with GitLab CI/CD
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and best practices
• Experience with infrastructure automation (system installation, configuration automation—e.g., Ansible, Puppet) for on-premise and cloud environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience or willingness to learn Windows environments
• Experience in packaging and distributing Python applications
