3D Animator

Donkey Crew & Rustic Roost Studios are looking for passionate 3D Animators to join our international teams, based in the beautiful city of Wrocław, Poland. If you are enthusiastic about making great PC and Console games in an inspiring and growing environment, and you want to work on Donkey Crew's exciting open world title Bellwright and Snail Games' projects made with Unreal Engine 5, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality player character combat, human ambient and creature animations
• Use the UE5 Editor to implement animations
• Work with motion capture data and Unreal's cloth simulations
• Work closely with programmers, artists and designers on all levels of production

Requirements:

• A thorough understanding of animation pipelines and the processes involved from the conceptual phase to implementation
• A good eye for melee combat animations and environmental interactions
• Strong understanding of Human anatomy and movement
• Maya or equivalent software experience creating 3D animations
• Experience with processing and cleaning Motion Capture Data in MotionBuilder
• Experience with Unreal Engine 5 and Animation Blueprints
• Experience with rigging and skinning characters, animals, clothes and other props
• Experience and strong motivation to work with animations in the gaming industry
• Good communication skills in English
