Your responsibilities:

• Leading and coordinating the Art Team including 2D, 3D, Environment, UI and VFX Artists,
• Setting goals, priorities, and tasks for the Art Team to ensure smooth production flow,
• Guiding the team in maintaining and improving set art style,
• Mentoring and providing feedback to team members,
• Supporting development of 2D and 3D graphics,
• Creating interesting concepts,
• Working closely with the Game Director, Lead Producer and Technical Director to align artistic vision with production and technical constraints,
• Defining and maintaining visual quality standards, performing regular reviews and ensuring consistency across the project,
• Contributing to the development and improvement of art pipelines and workflows in Unreal Engine.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the game development industry as 2D or 3D Artist,
• At least 2 years of professional experience in team management,
• Leadership skills: communication skills, sense of ownership, excellent time management, problem-solving attitude,
• Practical experience of working with Unreal Engine production pipelines,
• Ability to maintain and improve set art style and share this vision with a team,
• At least one shipped title (AA/AAA) as a lead or senior artist,
• Creativity,
• Fluency in English.
