Senior Producer

Hi! We are One More Level – a still-growing team of around 70 people, both seasoned veterans and talented newcomers to the game development field. We create fast and action-packed games. Our game – Ghostrunner – was well received, with over 92% positive reviews on Steam. We also created Ghostrunner 2 which was nominated for Game Awards! Right now, we’re working on Valor Mortis – our game was one of the biggest reveals on Gamescom 2025.

We want to create unique, bold and conceptually independent games that can challenge AAA productions in terms of audiovisual setting. We believe in team spirit, shared vision of our projects and transparency – every aspect of our work is based on these values.

We are looking for experienced people for Project Swift.

We are seeking a motivated candidate to fill the role of Senior Producer for Project Swift!

Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing the project schedule and ensuring the delivery of all milestones,
• Defining the scope and ensuring the project is kept within the agreed scope boundaries,
• Creating and overseeing proper workflow and information flow between different departments (internal and external contractors),
• Managing the priorities to ensure realization of project goals,
• Tracking production processes for the whole project,
• Identifying and mitigating the risks and blockers during production,
• Solving all issues related to changes in the production environment,
• Working closely with Game Director and department leads to ensure consensus on technical decisions to satisfy requirements,
• Working closely with external partners,
• Supporting project administration (documentation, reporting, budgeting, risk management),
• Supporting decision making process,

Requirements:

• Experience in a producer role (5 years minimum),
• Strong understanding of software development and project management processes and practices,
• Strong ability to work with other producers, team leaders, and testers across multiple studios and projects,
• Experience with Google Workspace (emphasis on Google Sheets), JIRA, Confluence and other project tracking and bug database software,
• Knowledge of the specifics of development for consoles,
• Being a self-motivated team player who proactively seeks feedback and communication,
• Experience in the game dev industry,
• Fluent in Polish and English,
• Work on-site (with possibility of remote days).

Extra Points:

• Experience with programming and/or scripting languages (e.g. C++, Python),
• Experience in working with Unreal Engine.
