What is this job all about?

We’re looking for a Senior 3D Video Generalist (f/m/d) to create high-quality animated & gameplay videos for mobile games. In this role, you’ll own the full video production process - from gathering assets to animation, edit, sound design and final delivery - bringing game worlds to life through engaging, cinematic content.

From location reveals, to in-game tutorials to cinematic scenes, you’ll work with existing in-game & cinematic 3D assets and gameplay footage, combining technical expertise with a strong creative eye to deliver impactful videos used inside our games.

What will you be doing?

• Create animated video content for mobile games using existing 3D assets.
• Own the full production pipeline as a one-person studio: animation, cinematography, compositing, VFX, editing, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Work in Unreal Engine as the primary 3D pipeline for final video production.
• Capture gameplay and extract 3D assets using Unity.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) for editing, compositing, and post-production.
• Collaborate with creative producers, game product owners and other stakeholders, working from scripts while adding your own creative input to elevate the final result.
• Optimize workflows and ensure high visual quality across all deliverables.

What are we looking for?

• Senior-level experience as a 3D Video Generalist / 3D Animator (preferably in gaming, advertising, or cinematic content).
• Strong hands-on experience with Unreal Engine for animation and rendering.
• Proficiency in Adobe tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Unity for gameplay capture and asset extraction.
• Experience with character animation and supporting 3D software (Inside UE or in other software like Blender).
• Solid understanding of cinematography, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end.
• A balance of technical expertise and creative problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction while contributing original ideas.
