We’re looking for a LiveOps Product Manager to lead in-game events, offers, and updates that engage players and boost monetization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, use data-driven insights, and stay ahead of trends to keep our LiveOps exciting and effective.

Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the LiveOps strategy, ensuring timely planning and execution of in-game events, offers, and content updates
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, analytics, game design, art, and engineering to deliver seamless LiveOps experiences
- Set goals and KPIs for LiveOps initiatives, track performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of LiveOps calendars, timelines, and workflows to ensure transparency and alignment across departments
- Drive continuous optimization of monetization and engagement strategies through structured A/B testing and data-driven iteration
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our LiveOps approach
Requirements:
- 3+ years in LiveOps for casual F2P mobile games
- Proven experience planning and executing LiveOps campaigns, events, and in-game content
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (product, analytics, design, engineering)
- Knowledge of mobile game mechanics, player engagement, and retention strategies
- Familiarity with different monetization models
- Strong expertise in user analysis, A/B testing, and behavior-based targeting
- Data-driven mindset, skilled at tracking KPIs and deriving actionable insights from results
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach, supported by up-to-date awareness of market trends and competitor activities
- Fluent in English
