Senior Environment Artist

BLANK explores bold ideas to create high-quality games that leave a lasting impression in the world of electronic entertainment.

For our first project we are seeking talented and passionate environment artists to join our team and help bring our video game worlds to life. As an environment artist, you will be responsible for creating immersive and visually stunning game environments that enhance the player experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the art director and game designers to create environments that fit the game's theme and vision
• Create strong environmental storytelling
• Create 3D models, textures, and materials for use in game environments
• Use industry-standard software tools to build and optimize environments for performance and visual quality
• Collaborate with other artists and developers to ensure consistency and quality across all aspects of the game
• Collaborate with other members of the team to set and maintain production and optimization pipelines

Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant environment art experience
• Experience creating environments for video games, including knowledge of optimization techniques and performance considerations
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for video games and the gaming industry
