We’re Virtual Alchemy, an indie team building Band of Crusaders - a dark, hand-painted strategy RPG set in a cursed version of 14th-century Europe. Our vision is to blend the soul of classic RPGs with the harshness of sandbox strategy and meaningful moral consequence. We’ve already hit 35,000 wishlists, even before releasing a playable - help us make demo launch a success!

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who’s a hardcore player themselves and understands both the art and science of getting a game noticed in today’s chaotic, oversaturated world. You won’t be running soulless campaigns or rehashing what’s been done a thousand times. You’ll be building a cult following for a game about founding your own elite medieval order and saving Europe from biblical demons.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicating with our community members (Discord, Steam Community, Social Media)
• Supporting playtests, demos with respect to taking and analyzing player feedback
• Supporting other marketing activities including influencer campaigns, conferences, digital showcases etc.
• Communicating with other stakeholders engaged in marketing of our game (marketing agencies, freelancers, tech partners and subcontractors)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A deep passion for video games across genres, with a particular focus on strategy and RPGs
• Strong understanding of gaming trends and the media landscape
• A "hacker personality" combined with wit and intellectual curiosity, while maintaining respect for other members of our community

BONUS POINTS

• Knowledge of Battle Brothers, WarTales, Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, and cRPG with Real-Time with Pause
• Experience with video streaming
