Influencer Relations Manager

Listen up, internet wanderer. We need someone who can swim through the chaotic digital sea of influencers without getting devoured by drama sharks&queens. Someone who can sweet-talk streamers, tame YouTubers, and make TikTok dance trends work for video games (without selling their soul for millions of yen - unless that’s on the table?). Have you ever heard about PewDewPie, MrBeast, Ninja and others? Your answer doesn’t matter because we try to target different creators xD

We are Untold Tales. An indie game publisher with a soft spot for unique stories. But yes, we do have in our portfolio top-down shooters, cozy farming sims and other genres. Why? Because the market is changing, so do we need to adapt. We’ve been at this for five years now - some wins, some weird moments, but always moving forward. With over 70 games in our war chest and a global squad of chaos agents, we need YOU to help us fuel the hype machine.

We’re intentionally not listing X years of experience or a specific professional profile. We are looking for either junior, mid or senior candidates. 

Your main storyline includes quests like:

1. Befriend the Internet - Form real, meaningful, totally crazy relationships with content creators across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and the other platforms we pretend not to care about

2. Make Marketing Fun Again - Craft influencer campaigns so wild they make other publishers go, "Why didn't we think of that?"

3. Community Cultivation - Make influencers love our games so much they tattoo our logo on their forehead (or at least their stream overlay). We can pay for the first tattoo of Untold Tales logo

4. Be a Database Nerd - This is the moment where we dramatically slam our fists on the table and declare, “We need our own influencer database!” So, guess what? You’re building it. You’ll create it, maintain it, and treat it like your favorite RPG save file. No agencies, no BS. We’re all about genuine creators who actually love our games - not the ones who'd sell their grandma for a brand deal

5. Ride the Trends - Sniff out the next big content wave before everyone else drowns in it

6. Damage Control (a.k.a. Playing Firefighter) - When the internet inevitably implodes, be the one with the extinguisher (or just fan the flames if that’s the move)

Some of the optional side quests:

• Play our games (yes, that’s an actual job requirement)

• Collect influencer souls - I mean, network at industry events

• Discover the next big content creator before they hit it big

• Cooperate with other team members

What we expect from our Influencer Relations Manager:

1. Experience working with influencers, community management, or digital marketing (No set years of experience - if you know your stuff, you know your stuff)

2. A love for games and the ability to talk about them without sounding like a chatGPT

3. Excellent communication skills (read: you can write an email without making people want to ignore it forever)

4. Ability to spot influencer potential before they hit a million subs

5. A thick skin, a sharp wit, and the ability to keep your cool when Twitter/X explodes

6. Being a gamer passionate about video games

7. Fluent English (bonus points if you can swear in multiple languages)

This is a full-time role based in Poland - onsite (Wroclaw) or remote as options.
